At Ease of Mind we are passionate about supporting people in finding ways to live with ease and to flourish.
As a mindfulness teacher, I use mindfulness-based practices when working with individuals and groups, where they develop the capacity to relate more skilfully to their experiences and make wise choices for their own well-being and in relations with others.
Choice is the most powerful tool we have. By learning to recognise and step back from our habitual reactive patterns, we can consider alternative perspectives and options available to us. Practicing mindfulness offers real and lasting change that enables us to rebalance and navigate our lives towards a greater sense of well-being.
I have been fortunate enough to study mindfulness in Oxford, doing my Mst in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy at Oxford University. Oxford is a key hub for the important research and work that keeps building the evidence base for mindfulness and promoting awareness to bring important change and benefits to children, teens and adults alike.
We offer 8-week courses in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and MBCT for Life (MBCT-L). These programmes are designed to be transformational, helping you to develop skills to better respond to stresses and challenges, and to engage more fully in joyful living.
